Tiered Graze
- Truly stunning!. Our tired grazing experiences are created on-site using multiple shapes, sizes and heights of platters, boards and stands to elevate your grazing display. Custom florals, themed props and foliage add an elegant touch to bring your grazing table to life! When completed a tiered graze is an edible art. Grazes include serving utensils: tongs, cheese knives, and other cutlery that may be required for service.

- Set-up for our tiered grazes takes 90-120 minutes
- A team member will return to pick-up all platters, boards and other items 24-48 hours after event.
Rustic Graze
- Our Rustic Graze is a casual one or two-level set-up depending on guest count. Your guests will be raving! Our boards contain artisan cheeses and meats made from small farms within the USA.

- Jams, honey and spreads
- Cracker and bread basket(s)

- We do not return to pick up items everything is your to keep!
- Our rustic graze is best for events of 40+ guests
- Grazes will vary depending on theme, seasonal florals, produce and guest count. The graze pictured (45-50 guests with red and white color palate)
Mini-Graze
The mini graze is a our version of a flat-lay. C&C creates the boards prior to delivery; making set-up quick and efficient! We add all the beautiful details on- site, leaving you with a gorgeous spread for any event! Clean-up is a cinch and there’s no need for us to return. All items are yours to keep! Our boards contain a big percentage of cheeses and meats made from small farms within the USA.

Grazing Table & Event Catering
Grazing Table and Cancellation Policy
Please send an email for all inquires for grazing tables and/or catering events. We will respond within 24 hours to discuss and finalize all your event details. Looking for something custom? We can help you create a menu.
Event Break down and Equipment return: For events requiring us to return, break down, discard, or store food items after service, there is an additiona service fee of $150. Clean up service is available only for custom and tiered grazes. If you choose to handle the breakdown yourself, all boards, platters, chafing dishes, ramekins, utensils, and any other items provided by Charcuterie Creative must be returned clean and in their original condition. This helps us keep our displays beautiful for future events. Any items that are missing or damaged will be replaced at their value. Items that can be discarded (bamboo tongs, and wooden honey sticks. These are items that cannot be reused.
For our Mini or Rustic Graze items, everything is yours to keep. Please note, we are not responsible for other rentals (tables, linens, glassware, silverware, etc.) that are not provided by Charcuterie Creative. Our staff will only break down grazing tables that contain our props (jars, boards, crates, platters, stand, etc.).

Cancellation Policy
Perishable nature of our products: All of our charcuterie boards, boxes and platters are made fresh to order usind perishable ingredients. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order had been pciked up or delivered.
Order cancellations: Full refund for boards if cancellations is made within 72 hours before pickup or delivery. 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery. NO REFUND for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup or delivery as ingredients will have already been purchased and prep may have begun.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos.
- We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or partail refund where appropriate
- Customer Responsibility: Ensure someone is available at the agreed delivery time. NO exceptions. Unihop delivery drivers will give you a 15-20 min delivery window. Please check your invoice and verify we have the correct delivery address and time frame.
- Store your charcuterie or boards in a cool environment or refrigerate promptly, unless serving immediately. Boards can be set-out 30 mins prior to serving. Cheese is best at room temperature
- We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
- Special Event Orders For weddings, corporate events or large parties: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
- We love summer…but not for cheese. To keep everything fresh, gorgeous and safe to nibble, our grazing tables in summer are an indoor-only affair.
